All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing users.

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by Australia Natural Science Foundation Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the raw notes and information you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your input solely for the purpose of generating your requested output.
We do not claim ownership of the draft reports generated for you. However, you acknowledge that the generation process involves our proprietary AI models and technology. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the generated drafts solely for your lawful professional purposes. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and taking ownership of any generated content before use.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and applicable NDIS privacy requirements.
We treat your input data (including session notes that may contain sensitive health information) as confidential. This data is used only to provide the Service and for purposes required by law. We do not use your personal data to train AI models.
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and secure password hashing. However, no system can guarantee 100% security. Your data is processed and stored within Australia (AWS Sydney region).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The Service is a productivity tool and does not provide professional, medical, legal, or therapeutic advice. All generated content is draft material that should be reviewed and approved by qualified professionals before use. You are solely responsible for:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AUSTRALIA NATURAL SCIENCE FOUNDATION PTY LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you directly paid to us (excluding free credits) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Important: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including statutory consumer guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, our liability under such guarantees is limited to, at our option: (a) re-supplying the Service; or (b) refunding the amount you paid for the Service.
